Training 02/05/2011

Went swimming this morning.


Managed to swim for 20 seconds under water 


The feeling of the need for air is unnerving.  You need to be at ease and calm with yourself, the instant I realise that I am focused and heading for the target I gulp and that's is when I lose it! 


I need air!!

Current targets:
  • 1 minute 30 second above water breath hold
  • 30 second under water breath hold
  • 1 pool length

Achievements today:
  • 1 minute above water breath hold
  • 20 second under water breath hold
  • 3/4 pool length
