Training Targets

Follow me as I train my body and mind to swim under water as a seal / merman.

After many half-arsed attempts to train, the lack of planning for this sport has left me many months down the line without a fish.  Im sure my lovely colleagues can comment on this, one word will spark a barrage of disapproving groans, that word is ‘Gym’.  The gym is literally 50 steps away from the office, but with me not being able to drive yet poses me with a half-valid excuse not to attend gym as consistently as I should.

This official log I hope will help me keep a track and motivate me and maybe ‘you’ to train to become a hydrodynamic fish killer.  Get the barbi out!
